| Purchasing RFFlow Online
|
When you purchase RFFlow online, you provide us
with your name, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit
card information. This information is necessary to process and ship your
order. We request the billing address of the credit card as an added security
measure. We protect the security of your information during transmission by
using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that encrypts information you input.
Your credit card information is used only during order processing and is then
deleted. We do not store credit card information in any computer database. We
do save the other ordering information in a database so we have a record of
your purchase. The computer storing your personal information is
password-controlled with limited access. Your personal information is used
solely by RFF Electronics and is never sold or given to others.
We purchase keywords from Google and use Google conversion tracking to
determine which keywords work best. To implement conversion tracking, Google
will place a temporary cookie on your computer. Google uses data encryption
and secure servers and does not collect or store any personal information. For

Phone or Fax |
If you purchase RFFlow by phone or fax, the
transmission of your data is secure as both phone and fax are secure devices.
To process your order, we need your name, shipping address, e-mail address,
and telephone number. This information is kept in a database on a computer at
RFF Electronics so we have a record of your purchase. The credit card
information you give us over the phone or by fax is used to process your order
and is then destroyed. We do not store credit card information in any computer
database. The computer storing your personal information is
password-controlled with limited access. Your personal information is used
solely by RFF Electronics and is never sold or given to others.

Communications |
There are only two events that result in RFF
Electronics sending you e-mail:
- When you order we e-mail you the instructions to download the RFFlow
software.
- If you e-mail us with a question, we will reply to your e-mail.
We do not send any SPAM and we no longer notify users about RFFlow
upgrades. RFF Electronics does no bulk e-mailing. Your e-mail address is
never sold or given to others.

| Running RFFlow on
your Computer |
When RFFlow is run, it does not connect to the
Internet and cannot transfer any information about you or your computer over
the Internet. This applies to both the trial version and full version of
RFFlow. RFFlow contains no tracking, logging, spying, or advertising
components of any kind. RFF Electronics guarantees that the RFFlow software contains no adware, spyware, viruses, keyloggers, trojans, malware, or anything malicious.
The use of RFFlow is totally anonymous.

your personal information. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse,
unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Inside the
