Choosing a PDF Paper Size
- Click on "File" in the main menu.
- Click "Print Setup..." in the drop-down menu.
- In the Print Setup Dialog Box, select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the name of the printer.
- Select a Paper Size in the list. The paper sizes are listed below.
- Click OK.
- You may have to zoom out to see the paper boundary. It is a gray rectangle.
Creating a PDF
- Click on "File" in the main menu.
- Click "Print..." in the drop-down menu.
- In the Print Dialog Box, select "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the name of the printer.
- If you want to change the paper size, click Preferences and then Advanced. The paper sizes are listed below.
- Click Print.
- The screen will now show the RFFlow print preview. Drag the chart to move it, or click "Center Chart."
- Click OK.
- Give your PDF file a name and select where you want the PDF file saved.
